The beauty about nature is that it surrounds us, no matter where we are, whether you live in the quiet country or in a bustling city. However, modern distractions make it easy to overlook the benefits of nature and we need to be reminded to recognize and embrace it – to go outside and just enjoy it.

To help Canadians rediscover the benefits of nature this summer, Nature Valley has partnered with Ben Klasky, CEO of IslandWood, a non-profit whose work is dedicated to creating meaningful learning opportunities for children in nature. Ben is helping us inspire Canadians with 100 #NatureMoments for 100 Days of Summer.
